Our story began in 1976, when Ron Lazenby started Royco Air Service in Regina, Saskatchewan. With a sweet moustache and a love of flying, the legendary Royco Air Service began.

Our Story

Royco Air Service was established in 1976 by Ron Lazenby. A man with a young family, an epic moustache, and a dream, he used his skills in the air to fly for farmers all over southern Saskatchewan. Royco began with one Piper Pawnee and one pilot. But then, Ron's sons began to follow in his footsteps...

Jason and Jared were born with a love of flying. After spending summers helping their dad with his business, both boys earned their pilots licenses as early as possible, and with coaching from their Dad, they were both spraying fields before the age of 20.

As the Lazenby family had already moved to Red Deer, the company eventually relocated to central Alberta when the boys started to take a more active role.

Jared is now the owner-operator of Royco Air Service, and works alongside chief pilot Dean, along with experienced pilots Danny and Albert.

Royco Air Service has grown into a thriving crop spraying business serving farmers throughout Alberta.
